Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? (Address/Product/Size)
Please contact us immediately if you require any changes to your order including address updates or incorrect product, size, or colour. We are often unable to make changes to your order after a 24 hour period, sometimes less. Our products are a print to order operation, changes cannot be made if the order has already been fulfilled and/or shipped.
What if my item(s) is incorrect, damaged or faulty?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. We will require your contact details, order number, and a photo of the damaged/incorrect product to investigate. It may be possible to arrange for a replacement.
When will I receive my product?
All orders are print on demand and take approximately 2-7 business days to process and be fulfilled. The shipping process is a separate timeline from fulfillment and will vary depending on your shipping option at checkout, as well as customs or any international shipping factors. Please note that there may be additional delays due to COVID-19.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Sorry, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. We are a small business, not a fulfillment center and unfortunately we do not have the capacity to accept returns. Please ensure your shipping information, product sizes and selections are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however shipping is unavailable in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Customs clearance does not adhere to a time frame and can delay the delivery. It is possible for custom agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some packages. The shipping carrier and Ashbaugh Artworks do not have control over the customs procedure.
What are Custom Fees/Duties/Taxes:
Customs charges may apply depending on your country. International shipments are subject to customs duties and may vary depending on your destination country, order value, country limits and other factors. This fee is your responsibility.
What is the cost of a custom piece of artwork?
The cost of custom artwork can vary depending on the size, medium, style and complexity of your ideal design. For all custom artwork inquires please contact us at email@example.com with a description of your idea and reference photos if you have them so that we can discuss the design and I can provide a quote.
Do you require a deposit for commissioned artwork?
Yes, I require a 25% deposit on any custom artwork before I begin your piece. This amount will be established after a consultation of your preferred design, and a quote has been given. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, but it will be put towards the total cost of the piece once it has been complete.
Do you provide delivery for commissioned work?
Yes, we can discuss delivery or shipping options during our consultation. You will be responsible for any shipping fees, and will be added to the final payment.
Do you offer customization of products or take requests?
If there is something you would like to see in the shop that is not currently available (eg. you like an image but it's not available on a phone case) please contact us with your inquiry. We will review your request and if it is something we can offer in the shop we will notify you. Not all images work well on all products, so we cannot guarantee that we will add your request to the store.
